| Remove/install | ||
1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
2 | Disconnect battery ground line | ||
3 | Remove left or right side paneling in rear | ||
4 | Remove bolt (1) | Bolt for sidebag unit | |
5 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (2) | ||
6 | Remove sidebag unit (3) | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||

8 | Check and erase vehicle fault memory using diagnostic system | When replacing sidebag unit (3). | |
