Remove/install

Unclip door lining assembly cover (2) with assembly wedge (1) and remove

 Installation: Ensure that door lining assembly cover (2) is seated correctly.



Unclip mirror triangle cover (3) at top with assembly wedge (1), remove from guides (9) and lay down to side

 Do not disconnect electrical connector from mirror triangle cover (3).

 Installation: Check condition of clip (11), replace if necessary.
Ensure that mirror triangle cover (3) is seated correctly in guides (9) and catch hook (10) in clip (11).



Remove electrical connector (5) from bracket (4).

Disconnect electrical connectors (6, 7) from left front door control unit (N69/1) or right front door control unit (N69/2)

Guide wiring harness (8) through door lining

Remove bolts (12)



Remove left electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror M21/1) or right electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/2) and guide wiring harness (8) through opening in front door.

 On vehicles code (809) Model year 2009 assemble left electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror ((M21/1) or right electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/2) before replacement.
