Adjusting installation depth of front flap

1 Loosen screws for front flap hinges on waist rail.

2 Adjust installation depth (C) at top measuring point (arrow) by moving front flap.

3 Tighten screws on front flap hinges.

4 Loosen screws for front flap catch.

5 Adjust installation depth (C) at bottom measuring point (arrow) by moving front flap catch horizontally.

6 Tighten screws on front flap catch.

Adjusting front flap gaps

1 Loosen screws for front flap hinges on front flap.

2 Adjust gaps (A, B) by moving front flap horizontally and vertically.
When repairing damage resulting from an accident ensure that the gaps (B) on both sides are equal.

3 Tighten screws on front flap hinges.

4 Adjust height of striker eye.
The striker eye on the front flap should run into the front flap catch easily in the center.
