Danger! | Danger of pinching and catching when cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is present in the tilting area of the cab when tilting. Always tilt cab all the way to the final position and secure with safety brace. | |
1 | Tilt cab | Open front flap and release steering wheel adjustment. | |

2 | Disconnect connectors (7, and 8 and 9) from headlamps | ||
3 | Remove bracket (11) with horn | Installation: Replace self-locking nuts. | |
4 | Unscrew screws (3, 12) on bumper side sections (1, 2) and remove bumper side sections (1, 2) | ||
5 | Unscrew screws (5) on bumper middle | ||
6 | Unclip bumper middle section (4) from lower mount (6) and remove | Installation: First insert lug on bumper middle section into recess on coupling jaw cross member. | |
7 | Install in opposite order | ||
8 | Check headlamp adjustment, readjust if necessary |
