Remove/install

 Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Lift vehicle on lifting platform.

Remove radiator grille (1)

Unscrew bolt (3)

Remove cover (5) on left and right

 Installation: Ensure correct seating of the cover (5).

Unscrew bolt (6) on left and right

Remove fender liner front section from left fender and right fender

Unscrew bolt (4) on left and right terminal strip

Unscrew nut (7) on left and right

Disconnect electrical connectors

 Number of electrical connectors can vary depending on equipment installed.

Remove front bumper (2)

 Installation: Check gaps on front bumper (2), adjust if necessary.

Gap dimensions on hoods, doors and lids
