Remove/install

Perform disable/initial startup for high-voltage on-board electrical system

Drain air conditioning system

Disconnect high-voltage connector (2) from electrical refrigerant compressor (A9/5) and place electrical line (1) to one side

Remove refrigerant line (3)

 Installation: Install new seals.

 Seal connections.

 Bolt/nut, refrigerant line to inner heat exchanger

Remove refrigerant line (7) from electrical refrigerant compressor (A9/5) and place to one side

Disconnect electrical line (4)

Remove electrical line (5) from electrical refrigerant compressor (A9/5)

Remove screws/bolts (6) and remove electrical refrigerant compressor (A9/5) upwards

 The electrical refrigerant compressor (A9/5) is fixed in place with 3 screws/bolts.

 Bolt, A/C compressor to major assembly carrier

Install in the reverse order
