1 | Screw off nuts (6) | ||
2 | Remove clamp retainer (1) | Unscrew screw (2) on clamp retainer (1) only far enough to release clamp retainer and thereby release taillamp (3) from fender. Installation: First attach clamp retainer (1) to sheet metal crimp on installation opening and tension lightly. Then uniformly tighten nuts (6) and screw (2) for clamp retainer (1). | |
3 | Remove taillamp (3) from fender together with gasket (5) | Installation: ensure that gasket (5) is in good condition and properly seated | |
4 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) from taillamp (3) | ||
5 | Reinstall in opposite order |
