Shown on outward swinging door, single-wing, door with
720 mm,with B.C.E. drive

1 Shut off power to door control by removing fuses.

See assignment plan on fuse box cover

2 Open swiveling door with emergency unlocking.

3 Remove cover (1).

Installation: Do not pinch hose.

4 Remove sheet metal (2).

5 Unscrew electric connection lines (3).

6 Connect multimeter to pressure sensor (1) and switch to resistance measurement

Multimeter should indicate infinite.

7 Manually press in door seal

Multimeter must indicate a low resistance value.

8 Adjust pressure sensor sensitivity (1) by turning white plastic screw (2) so that the multimeter indicates a low resistance value when the door seal is pressed in by hand.

Do not turn metal screw located below plastic screw (2).

9 Complete vehicle
