Remove/install rear door lining

Remove/Install

Open front door

Completely move down window

Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from EIS [EZS] control unit

 On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).

Unclip cover (1)

Unscrew bolt (2).

Pry off rear door lining (3)

 Removal: First position mounting wedge at bottom and then at side on door lining (7).

 Installation: Check clips (7), replace if necessary

Remove rear door lining (3) upward from door

 Installation: Slide mount (8) onto bracket (9) from top

Remove Bowden cable (4) from inner door opener

Disconnect electrical connector (5)

 Treat ribbon cables carefully to prevent damage

Disconnect electrical connector (6) from tweeter

Remove rear door lining (3)

Install in the reverse order
