1 | Switch off ignition | ||
2 | Open ashtray flap | ||
3 | Close ashtray flap approximately | Otherwise catch lugs shear off. | |
4 | Close cover flap for ashtray insert half way against spring pressure (arrow B) | ||
5 | Remove ashtray insert upward | Installation: the ashtray insert catches when the flap is closed. | |
6 | Unhook ashtray flap stop (1) on right and left downward from labyrinth guide (2) | Installation: Press ashtray flap stop down slightly on left and right and insert into labyrinth guide. | |
7 | Swivel ashtray flap toward front | ||
8 | Remove retaining screws in installation frame (arrows) and swing frame toward front completely with flaps | Pay attention to electrical connection cables. | |
9 | Disconnect electrical connectors | ||
10 | Remove installation frame with flaps | ||
11 | Install in opposite order |
