1 Move in all hydraulic cylinders which are operated with power hydraulics.
No hydraulic cylinders may be moved outwards otherwise overfilling of the hydraulic oil reservoir (1) may occur.
2 Check oil level in hydraulic fluid reservoir (1), if necessary fill hydraulic fluid reservoir (1) with oil up to marking (2).
Except code (H97) Carboxylic acid ester for hydraulic system, use engine oil SAE 10 W.
With code (H97) Carboxylic acid ester for hydraulic system, use panolin HLP Synthetic 46 (HLP/HLP-D46, ISO-VG).

3 Switch off ignition.
4 Press buttons (3, 4) at the same time and keep pressed, switch on ignition.
Keep buttons (3, 4) pressed until the LEDs above the zero scale and the LEDs in the third last field (arrow) of the bargraph (5) light up.
The teach-in process is active.
5 Press button (6) and observe the LEDs lighting up in the hydraulics output part (A23).
After pressing the button (6) the LED in the third-last field (arrow) of the bargraph (5) flashes on and off. After this the LED of the button (7) lights up.
6 Press button (7) and observe the LEDs lighting up in the bargraph (5).
A successful parameterizing is signaled by a brief running light in the bargraph (5). After this the LED above the zero scale and the LED in the third last field of the bargraph (5) lights up.
If the running light in the bar graph (5) does not appear, operation steps 3 to 6 must be repeated.
7 Switch off ignition.
