Remove/install

Release AdBlue® and coolant line package and press to the side.

Installation: Replace cable tie.
It is essential to ensure that the AdBlue® and coolant lines are routed absolutely free of tension and that possible chafe marks are prevented.

Disconnect electrical connector (12) from pump module (1).

Remove pump module (1) from bracket and turn to the side.

Disconnect compressed-air line (3) from the external pneumatic pressure reduction valve (2).

Detach AdBlue® return line (4) from the external pneumatic pressure reduction valve (2) and seal with end cap.

Detach AdBlue® feed line (11) from the external pneumatic pressure reduction valve (2) and seal openings with end caps.

Unscrew nut (10).

Remove banjo union (6) upward.

Remove external pneumatic pressure reduction valve (2) from AdBlue® return (5) of the pump module (1).

Installation: The shoulder (A) in the inside of the nut (10) must point downward toward the banjo union (6).
