Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remove/install

Remove injection line (2).

 Installation: Install new injection line (2) after each removal.

 Union nut, injection line to injection nozzle

Seal openings on metering device (1) and on the injection nozzle (5) with suitable stop plugs.

Install in the reverse order.
