Remove

Switch off ignition.

Disconnect electrical connector (5).

Remove exhaust pressure sensor upstream of the diesel oxidation catalytic converter (B37) at the sensor bush (4).



Install

Screw on retaining screw (2) and remove pressure line (6) at the sensor bush (4).

Loosen sensor bush (4) at bracket by unscrewing nut (3).

Coat thread of exhaust pressure sensor upstream of diesel oxidation catalytic converter (B37) with lubricant.

Attach exhaust pressure sensor upstream of diesel oxidation catalytic converter (B37) at sensor bush (4).

Connect electrical connector (5).

Align electrical connection (5) through twisting the sensor bush (4) relative to the wiring harness.


The wiring harness should not be under tension.
Malfunctions can occur otherwise.

Fit pressure line (6) to the sensor bush (4).

Attach sensor bush (4) on bracket by tightening nut (3).
