Remove

Disconnect the control unit plug connector (2) from the control unit (1)

Remove the sensor plug connector (4)


The control unit (1) and the sensor plug connector (4) must be removed together, before removing the sensor cable (3),
otherwise, the sensor cable (3) can be twisted and consequently, damaged.


Fit the tool only in the hexagon,
because the component is too brittle and can be easily damaged.

Install

Apply high temperature grease on the sensor plug connector thread (4)

Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20

Install the sensor plug connector (4)


The sensor plug connector (4) must be installed firstly,
otherwise, the sensor cable (3) can be twisted and consequently damaged when the control unit (1) is installed.


Fit the tool only in the hexagon,
because the component is too brittle and can be easily damaged.
