Remove

Remove AdBlue® (1) metering device

Remove the bolts (5)

 Do not re-utilize the bolts (5).

Remove the binding connection (6) on AdBlue® metering device (1)

Remove the filter (3) from the AdBlue® inlet (2)

 A thin nosed pliers may be used as tool.

Remove the connecting pieces (4)

 Do not re-utilize the connecting pieces (4).

Clean the mating surfaces on the AdBlue® metering device (1) and on the binding connection (6)


Under no circumstances should dirt get into the holes.
This may cause an obstruction in the AdBlue® metering device.



Install

Install a new filter (3) in the AdBlue® inlet (2)

Use pressure to install new fittings (4) into the holes (7) indicated by the arrows

Install the binding connection (6) on AdBlue® (1) metering device (5) using new screws

 AdBlue® connection fitting in the metering device
