Removing and installing

Open front exhaust system flange (2) - rear exhaust system (6)

 Assembly: Replace self-locking nuts (5), check state of gasket (4), replace if
necessary, pay attention to correct seating,
tighten the flange connection evenly.



Unhook rear exhaust system (6) from fastening rubbers

Remove lower part of soundproofing covering

Pay attention to assembly instructions for exhaust gas systems with corrugated pipe!

 Pay attention not to tension load the exhaust pipes and corrugated pipes tension due to the weight of the exhaust system, install them tension free.

Separate flange connection front exhaust system (2) or oxidation catalytic converter (3) - exhaust collector or boost loader

 Assembly: Align the flange with the exhaust collector or turbo booster and tighten evenly
Replace self-locking nut (1)

Pay attention to the disposal instructions for catalytic converters

 The catalytic converters must not be disposed as scrap

Unhook the front exhaust system from suspension rubbers (2) or oxidation catalytic converter (3)



Check connection points

 Check flanges, coupling cones, exhaust pipes, if necessary eliminate remains of burning and corrosion with sandpaper

Check suspension rubbers (7) and replace if necessary
