Removing/installing

Raise vehicle with lifting platform

Remove bolts (2) and heat shield (3)



Unscrew nuts (4) and disconnect exhaust flex pipe (1) from catalytic converter

 Replace nuts (4).

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces on exhaust flex pipe (1) and on catalytic converter.



Unscrew nuts (5).

Replace nuts (5).



Disconnect screw connection (6)



Unhook exhaust flex pipe (1) from retaining rubber (7) and remove

 Installation: Check retaining rubber (7), replace if necessary.

Remove exhaust seal from exhaust flex pipe (1)

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces on exhaust flex pipe (1) and on main muffler. Replace exhaust seal between exhaust flex pipe (1) and main muffler.

Install in reverse order
