1 Remove cable tie (2).
Installation: Install a new cable tie (2).
2 Disconnect electrical connector of exhaust temperature sensor upstream of diesel particulate filter (DPF) (B19/9x1).
3 Support rear muffler with catalytic converter diesel particulate filter unit (1) using telescopic lifter (9).

4 Unhook left and right retaining rubber (3) on rear muffler with catalytic converter diesel particulate filter unit (1).
5 Lower rear muffler with catalytic converter diesel particulate filter unit (1) approx. 50 mm using telescopic lifter (9).

Ensure that the exhaust temperature sensor upstream of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) (B19/9) is not damaged when lowering otherwise it must be replaced.
6 Unscrew union nut (8) of short regeneration line (7).
7 Unscrew union nut (5) of long regeneration line (4).
8 Loosen nut of clamp (6).
9 Unhook long regeneration line (4) from clamp (6).
10 Position in reverse order.
