Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

No one should be within the swivel range of the engine hood as it is being opened or closed. Always open engine hood all the way to the end position until this engages in the front locks.

No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Release the filter cap (1), remove it along with the filter element (3) from the fuel filter housing (5)

 When releasing the filter cap (1), the fuel will flow to the fuel tank through the return piping.

 Installation: Check the sealing ring (2) and replace it if required.

Remove the dirt collector container (4) from the fuel filter housing (5)

 Eliminate the dirt accumulated in the dirt collector container (4)

Unscrew the banjo bolt (11) and disconnect the fuel line (10)

 Installation: Replace the sealing rings (9)

Disconnect the fuel line (12)

Loosen the bolts (7, 8) and remove the fuel filter housing (5)

 .Fuel filter housing bolt to engine block

Remove the seal (6) of the fuel filter housing (5)

 Installation: Replace the seal (6)

Install on the reverse order

Bleed the fuel system



 Actuate the hand pump handle, until there is strong resistance

 Warning

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Run the motor and check the fuel system tightness


Do not crank the starter continuously for more than 30 seconds.
Because this can damage the starter.

If the engine does not run within 30 seconds:



Wait approximately 1 minute to crank it again.
