Switch off ignition

Remove trim panel of fuel tank

Only on right hand side of vehicle.

Pump out fuel

Disconnect electric cables (1)

Installation: Note position of electrical cables (1).

The ground conductor is fixed with a bolt (2).

Unscrew bolts (2) and remove fuel gage sender (3)

Inspect seal, replace if necessary.

Ensure the sensor is correctly installed.

Install in the reverse order
