Risk of explosion due to escaping combustible gas or overheating of gas cylinders.Risk of injury caused by burns to skin and eyes. Risk of frostbite to body parts caused by escaping gas and by touching components near the valves when emptying gas cylinders. Risk of poisoning or suffocation caused by inhaling gas.

Remove any sources of ignition.
Protective clothing, safety gloves and safety glasses must always be worn.
Ensure that the work area is adequately ventilated.
When working on vehicles at ambient temperatures over 60 °C, all gas cylinders must be removed.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Remove/install

Empty drain line

Remove gas cylinder (9)

Remove rubber cap (1)

Unscrew nut (2) and remove solenoid (3)

 Nut on solenoid

Remove screw/bolts (4)

 Screw/bolt, multiple valve to gas reservoir

Remove multiple valve (5) with sealing ring (6) upwards

 Installation: Replace sealing ring (6).

Remove reducing piece for drain line on the multiple valve (5)

 Reducing piece drain line to liquid phase solenoid valve

Remove fitting cabinet (7)

Remove seal (8)

 Installation: Install new seal (8).

Modify fuel level indicator

When replacing the multiple valve (5).

Install in the reverse order

Perform a GAP

 Compressed-gas tank, gas shutoff valve
