Remove

1 Remove cotter pin (1).

2 Detach nut (2).

3 Fit the press-out tool and pry the drag link (4) off the steering gear pitman arm (3).

4 Unscrew nut (2).

5 Detach the drag link (4) from steering gear pitman arm (3).

Install

6 Install the drag link (4) on the steering gear pitman arm (3).

7 Tighten the nut (1) to the specified torque .

8 Install a new cotter pin (1).
