Remove front wheel



Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary

Pry off tie rod joint out of steering knuckle

 Removal: Mark the position of the jam nut (2) and position of the tie rod (3) relative to the inner tie rod.

 Installation: Replace self-locking nut.

Loosen jam nut (2) and unscrew tie rod (3)

 To loosen the jam nut (2), loosen the tie rod (3) using a suitable tool (arrows).


