Remove poly-V belt (130)

Remove air filter housing

Suction off oil from reservoir (30a) of power steering pump (30)



Detach return line (30f) from reservoir (30a) of power steering pump

 Seal the connections.



Unscrew high pressure expansion hose (30i) from power steering pump (30).

 Installation: Replace sealing rings.



Unscrew bolt on reservoir (30a)

Detach rear ground cable at power steering pump (30)

Dismount power steering pump (30) and extend to the front out of the supply reservoir-guide rail

 Installation: Long bolts at rear, short bolts at front (each 2 pieces).



Remove reservoir (30a), to do so pull out circlip (30c) using suitable screwdriver

 The reservoir can also be removed when the power steering pump is installed.

 Installation: Install new sealing ring (30b). Check circlip (30c) is correctly seated.

Install in the reverse order

Fill power steering pump and bleed
