Remove
1 Press out rubber mount (1) using a suitable tool.

Install
2 Coat rubber mount (1b) on outside with lubricant.
3 Knock in rubber mount (1) as far as possible using rubber hammer.
4 Pull in rubber mount (1) completely with nut and bolt.
