1 | Tilt the cab | ||
2 | Remove steering rod (18) from Pitman arm (19) | The steering bar (18) can only be removed by steering to the right. | |
3 | Remove oil pressure pipe (3) and the oil return pipe (4) from the steering gear (11) | Seal all holes and collect the leaked hydraulic oil. | |
4 | Remove the oil tank (2) | ||
5 | Loosen the lining clamp (6) and push up | ||
6 | Remove the steering shaft with universal joint (7) and fasten laterally | ||
7 | Remove the steering gear (11) of the steering gear bracket (10) | Star key | |
8 | Remove Pitman arm (19) from the steering gear (11) | Loose Pitman arm (19) with light blows | |

9 | Install Pitman arm (19) in the steering gear (11) | Observe the position of the Pitman arm in relation to steering shaft. Use a new nut (20). | |
