1 | Open engine hood and raise to vertical position | ||
2 | Remove upper engine cover | ||
3 | Disconnect intermediate pipe (7) from fitting (8) | ||
4 | Remove bolt (6) from intermediate pipe (7) | ||
5.1 | Remove center underfloor paneling | Model 166.006 with engine 651 | |
Installation: Install center underfloor paneling only after engine test run and leak test. | |||
5.2 | Remove underfloor panels | Model 166.003/004 with engine 651 | |
Installation: Install underfloor paneling only after engine test run and leak test. | |||
6 | Remove left engine mount and slacken off right engine mount | Model 166.003/004 with engine 651 | |
7 | Unlock vacuum line (1) and pull off vacuum pump (3) | ||
8 | Remove bolts (2) of vacuum pump (3) | Bolt, vacuum pump to crankcase or oil pump | |
9 | Remove vacuum pump (3) | Installation: Fit vacuum pump (3) on shaft of oil pump (4). | |
Installation: Replace seal (5). | |||
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Clear fault memory using the diagnostic system | ||
