1 Bleed pressure tester (6)
2 Determine rear axle load by weighting with test balance.

3 Set inlet pressure with brake pedal winch (07).
Insert brake pedal winch between brake pedal and driver seat and slowly move apart until the specified inlet brake pressure is indicated at the gage.
The pressure gage connected to the ALB controller must indicate the outlet pressure (controlled) which is assigned on the ALB plate to the rear axle load determined.
If the rear axle load determined is between two figures indicated on the ALB plate, the outlet pressure should be determined accordingly.

4 If the pressure measured differs from the specification, set ALB controller.
5 Slacken brake pedal winch.
6 Set outlet pressure by turning the adjusting nut (01).
To increase pressure - tighten adjusting nut
To reduce pressure - slacken adjusting nut
7 Repeat measurement as described in step 2.
8 Lock adjusting nut.
