Disassemble/assemble drain valve

1	Valve body
2	Valve stem
3	Valve
4	Spring seat
5	Conical spring
6	Retainer ring
7	Actuation ring

	Disassemble
1	Remove the actuation ring (7) from the valve rod end (2)
2	Remove from the body (1) the retaining ring (6), the conic spring (5), the spring seat (4) and the rod (2) with the valve (3)
	Clean
3	Clean the components and check the parts for wear and corrosion	 Use a suitable product to clean the components, otherwise they can be damaged.
		 If the manual drain valve has any component damaged or worn due to the use, replace the complete valve.
	Assemble
4	Assemble in the body (1) the rod (2) with the valve (3)
5	Assemble the actuation ring (7)
6	Assemble the spring seat (4), the conic spring (5) and the retaining ring (7)
7	Check the tightness of the valve (3)	 If it presents leaks, replace the complete valve.
