| Check | ||
The pressures of the 4-circuit valve (4.03) of the air processing unit should not be adjusted with the valve mounted to the vehicle. This is possible only on a test bench, as per manufacturer's instructions.
1 | Installing the test set manometers | Test set
Install the set manometers: On red "Emergency" coupling nozzle (35.02), on pressure regulator test socket (3) and on circuits 21 and 22 (2) of the 4-circuit valve.
2 | Pressurize the brake system until the pressure regulator disconnects | Opening pressure of circuits 21 and 22.
Opening pressure of circuits 23 and 24.
Test set | |||
3 | Check the opening pressure of circuits 21 and 22 | If the pressure varies from indicated value, adjust it.
Test set | |||
4 | Check the opening pressure of circuits 23 and 24 | If the pressure varies from indicated value, adjust it.
