1 | Remove insert (4) and holder (2) with gasket (3) | ||
2 | Remove the holder (2) gasket (3) | ||
| Clean | ||
3 | Clean the components and check the parts for wear and corrosion | Use a suitable product to clean the components, otherwise they can be damaged. | |
In case of any damaged or worn out component, replace the complete valve. | |||
| Assemble | ||
4 | Assemble (1) holder (2) with gasket (3) onto the body | ||
5 | Assemble the insert (4) | Lightly tighten it onto the valve body (1). | |
| Test | ||
6 | Install the check valve onto the bench and perform the test | Knorr Valve. |
