Unmount and mount | |||
1 | Mark the cap position (1) with regard to the body (6) | ||
2 | Remove the bolts (7) and take out the cap (1) with the piston (3) | Apply a slight compressed air pressure to the connection (4). | |
3 | Remove the ring (2, 4) from the piston (3) | ||
4 | Remove the sealing ring (4) from the cover (1) | ||
5 | Unscrew the bolts (19) and remove the support (18), the muffler (17), the discs (16) and the diaphragm (15) | ||
6 | Remove the retaining ring (14), the piston(13), the compression spring (11), the filter (10) and the valve plate (8) | ||
7 | Remove the ring (12) from the piston (13) | ||
8 | Remove the ring (9) from the valve plate (8) | ||
| Clean | ||
9 | Clean the components and check the parts for wear | Use a suitable product to clean up rubber and plastic components, otherwise they can be damaged. | |
The repair kit parts should be replaced at each disassembly. | |||
10 | Assemble in the reverse order | ||
