1
Run the engine until the pneumatic brake system reaches the opening pressure.
2
Shim the wheels and release parking brake.
3
Lift the vehicle and turn mechanical adjustment screw (4) clockwise until locking the wheels, then return it a turn counterclockwise. Wheel should turn freely.
4
Loosen screw (2).
5
Push lever (3) toward arrow (marked in control lever) until it gets tough, it needs to lean against inner regulator stop.
6
To prevent tensions on lever (3), in case it is kept away from support, it is necessary to compensate differences using washers placed between lever (3) and holder.
7
Tighten the bolt (2) to the specified tightening torque.
8
Actuate the service brake pedal several times and check the control automatic operation. For each pedal actuation, the mechanical adjustment screw (4) should correspond with a little turn clockwise.
9
When reaching the specified clearance between trims and brake drum, screw (4) stops turning.
10
Actuate the brake pedal a few times more and check for free rotation of the wheels.
11
Carry out the control operations for all the wheels.
