 Danger!

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Remove wheels



Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary

Disconnect brake hose (51) from brake line (5)

 Plug connections with plugs to prevent brake fluid running out.

 Do not allow brake fluid supply reservoir to run completely empty.



Disconnect brake hose (51) from floating caliper (31b)



Disconnect floating brake caliper (31b) from wheel carrier

 Installation: Replace self-locking bolts (35).

 Self-locking bolt, fixed caliper to wheel carrier

Remove floating caliper (31b) together with brake pads.

 In order to remove floating brake caliper swivel downwards (arrow).

 Installation: First insert inner brake pad into piston of floating caliper then insert outer brake pad.

Install in the reverse order
