Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Remove front wheels



First disconnect brake hose (51) at brake line (5) and then at floating caliper (31)

 Plug connections immediately. Brake fluid reservoir must not empty completely.

Unhook spring (31d) (arrows)

Detach contact sensor (S10/1) from brake pad contact sensor connector (S10/1x1)



Unscrew brake pad contact sensor connector (S10/1x1) from floating brake caliper (31a)

 Installation: Replace microencapsulated bolt (31e).

Remove floating caliper (31a) together with brake pads

 Installation: Insert inner brake pad in piston of floating brake caliper. Insert outer brake pad in the guide of the frame and install floating brake caliper.
