1 | Remove front brake carrier (1) | ||
2 | Detach bearing tube (4) from front brake carrier (1) | Installation: Replace lock washer (8). | |
3 | Remove bearing bushing (9) for brake camshaft | Use a suitable drift. | |
Installation: Ensure that the running surface of the bearing bushing (9) is not damaged otherwise it may cause damage to the brake camshaft. | |||
Installation: Grease bearing points. | |||
4 | Remove bearing bushings (10) for brake shoe pins | Use a suitable drift. | |
Installation: Ensure that the running surfaces of the bearing bushings (10) are not damaged otherwise they may cause damage to the brake shoe pins. | |||
Installation: Grease bearing points. | |||
5 | Remove sealing ring (2). | Installation: Install new seal ring (2). | |
6 | Remove sealing ring (6) | Installation: Replace seal (6). Use a suitable drift. | |
7 | Remove bearing bushings (3, 5) from bearing tube (4) | Use a suitable drift. | |
Installation: Ensure that the running surfaces of the bearing bushings (3, 5) are not damaged otherwise they may cause damage to the brake camshaft. | |||
Installation: Grease bearing points. | |||
8 | Assemble in the reverse order |
