1 Place piston rod (13) with piston on a flat surface.

2 Fit springs (12, 16) and gasket (11) on piston rod.

3 Fit housing (1) on piston rod (13) and press against the force of the spring until housing touches work surface.

4 Secure piston rod with clamp pliers and screw nut onto piston rod.

5 Insert diaphragm (14) in housing (15).

6 Insert housing with pre-compressed piston.

7 Mount collar clamp (10).
Align housing parts in relation to each other using markings (arrows).

8 Secure collar clamp using bolt (9) and nut (8).
9 Loosen clamp pliers.

10 Screw clevis (5) onto piston rod (13) and counter with nut (4).
Observe markings.
