2 | Coat sealing ring (21) with long-life grease and press in using basic drift and press-in tool. |

10 | Coat thread (arrow) and bolt (26) with long-life grease and turn back nut as far as the stop (13). |

11 | Screw in bleeder valve (arrow). |
12 | Screw in operating lever (14) up to the stop in the flanged housing section (7) and then turn back the operating lever (14) again until it points in the direction of the bleeder valve (arrow). |
Turn back operating lever (14) by a maximum of one revolution. |
13 | Screw on nut (13) finger-tight. |
The nut (13) is tightened fully after the brake caliper has been installed. |

19 | Insert piston (4) (Ø 57 mm) into piston bore. |
Do not tilt the piston (4) (Ø 57 mm). Check piston (4) (Ø 57 mm) is correctly seated. |
20 | Install piston (4) (dia. 57 mm ) by turning adjusting spindle (10) far enough so that piston groove is still free. |
Use pusher tool to keep piston (4) (Ø 57 mm) under tension. |

22 | Insert piston (3) (Ø 57 mm) into piston bore. |

23 | Install piston (3) (dia. 57 mm ) by turning reset shaft (6) far enough so that piston groove is still free. |
Use pusher tool to keep piston (3) (Ø 57 mm) under tension. |

Do not tilt the piston (Ø 48 mm). Check piston (Ø 48 mm) is correctly seated. Reset the piston (Ø 48 mm) until the piston crown is flush with the lining recess. |

27 | Coat inside of protective caps (2) with silicone grease (included in repair kit) and press onto shoulder of piston bore using support, pusher tool, thrust piece (000 589 55 43 00) and thrust piece (000 589 56 43 00). |
Replace protective caps (2). |

28 | Press on shields (1) of pistons (Ø 48 mm) using support, pusher tool and press-in disk. |
