| Remove and install | ||
1 | Chock the vehicle. | ||
2 | Release the parking brake | Pressurize the pneumatic system. | |
3 | Unscrew the relief bolt of the spring force accumulator (3). | Installing: When finalizing the assembly, tighten the relief bolt (3). | |

4 | Apply the parking brake | ||
5 | Release pressure from the pneumatic system | ||
6 | Unscrew the air pipe connections (4) | Installing: Examine the connector assembly and install the pipes (4) in their original position. | |
| |||
7 | Unscrew the self-locking nuts (1) and remove the combination cylinder (2) | Installing: Apply new self-locking nuts (1). | |
| |||
On new combination cylinders, eliminate the secondary relief cover of the drilling, pointing down. | |||
8 | Clean the mating surfaces on the combination cylinder (2) and on the brake caliper | ||
9 | Grease the spherical cup of lever (5) | ||
10 | Install in reverse order | ||
11 | Pressurize the pneumatic system | Check for leaks and tightness. |
