1	Place the vehicle on a level surface
Danger!	Lift the vehicle, following the necessary precautions to avoid accidents	 Support the vehicle on trestles conveniently arranged under the chassis, on both sides, so as to enable removing the wheels and work on the brakes in a safe manner.
2	Remove the brake pads		AR42.10-B-1600A
3	Remove the holder with the brake caliper		AR42.10-B-0600C
4	Loosen the cylindrical screws (9) and remove the bearing (3)
5	Remove the holder (2) from the housing (1)	 Move the protective hoods (7) of the guide sleeves (11) using an appropriate pin.
6	Loosen and remove the screw plugs (8)
7	Loosen the cylindrical screws (10) and remove them from the guide sleeve (11)
8	Remove the guide sleeves (11)		AR42.10-B-0400-05A
9	Remove the protective hoods (7) from the housing (1)
	Cleaning
10	Clean the guide sleeves (11) zone on the holder (2)
	Check
11	Inspect the guide sleeves (11) and the corresponding housing on the holder (2). Parts showing signs of wear or rust should be replaced.
	Install
12	Installing guide sleeves (11) on the holder (2)	 Slightly tighten the cylindrical screws (10).
		 Lubricate the sleeves housing on the holder (2), the guide sleeves (11) and the inside of the protective hoods (7).	*BR00.45-B-1007-06A
13	Install the protective hoods (7) in the new housing (1)
14	Insert the holder (2) in the housing (1)	 Note the correct placement of the protective hoods (7) on the guide sleeves (11).
15	Tighten the cylindrical screws (10) with the specified tightening torque	The parts should move easily.

16	Install new screw plugs (8)	 Tighten the plugs (8) with the specified tightening torque.

17	Install the bearing (3) in the housing (1)	 Tighten the screws (9) with the specified tightening torque.

18	Install the holder with the brake caliper		AR42.10-B-0600C
19	Install the brake pads		AR42.10-B-1600A
20	Purge the brake system		AR42.10-B-0010B
21	Check the tightness, operation and performance of the service brake system
