3 | Verify current brake disk conditions | The friction surfaces must be flat, slight grooves or scratches caused by normal use do not affect brake efficiency. Profound grooves or scratches affect the brake pads duration. In this case rectify the disk. Before rectifying verify possibility of removal of material. Do not reuse disks of which minimum width have reached minimum limit. After machining make the disk chamfers. | |

4 | Fit disk into hub, place screws and tighten them | | |
In case of replacement by a new disk, remove anti-corrosive protection from friction surfaces. | |||
When assembling the disk on hub mind the support surfaces to be perfectly clean and free of burrs. |
