Removing tapered roller bearing outer race from rear axle housing
Removal and installation tool
1 Attach removal and installation tool (038) to rear axle housing.
2 Using thrust piece (038a) 201 589 02 43 00 part 15, pull large tapered roller bearing outer race (46b) out of rear axle housing and remove together with shim.
3 Using thrust piece (038b) 201 589 02 43 00 part 16, press small tapered roller bearing outer race (43e) out of rear axle housing.
4 Detach removal and installation tool (038).
