Remove
1 Drive outer race (1) of the tapered roller bearing of the output gear out of the brake carrier using a slide hammer puller .
2 Remove shim (2).
Install
3 Install shim (2).
When using the shim (2) found beforehand during disassembly in our experience the required adjustment values result, however a check is imperative.
4 Drive outer race (1) of tapered roller bearing of output gear into the brake carrier until it abuts using a suitable drift.
