Disassemble
1 Detach inner races of tapered roller bearings from output gear using a suitable puller
2 Detach pulse plate from output gear.
Assemble
3 Heat up pulse plate and inner races of tapered roller bearing using a hot plate .
4 Press pulse plate onto the output gear until it abuts using a suitable mounting device
5 Press inner races of tapered roller bearings onto the output gear until they abut using a suitable mounting device.
