1 | Clamp differential case (10) using clamping device (1) in vise. |
2 | Detach both tapered roller bearings (2) using puller. |
Check tapered roller bearing (2) and replace, if necessary. |

3 | Knock spring pin of differential pinion shaft out of differential case (10). |
Replace spring pin. |

4 | Drive differential pinion shaft (14) using assembly drift (2) out of differential case (10). |

5 | Insert drift (3) into rear axle side gear. |
6 | Remove differential pinion with spherical washers by turning it from the differential case (10). |

7 | Pull drift (3) out of rear axle side gear. |
8 | Remove rear axle side gear with shims. |
9 | Clean all parts and check for reusability. |
Parts which have overheated or seized must always be replaced. |
