Puller

The tapered roller bearings of the ring gear and of the differential case must always be replaced together.
Remove

1	Install the  pressure piece on the ring gear (1).

 Only one side of the drift fits in the crown gear.

2	Install the claws of the  puller under the taper roller bearing cage (2).

3	Support the  puller over the  pressure piece and extract the tapered roller bearing (2) from the ring gear (1).
