Remove/install

Remove rear axle brake disk

On vehicles with code (30Y) Rear axle disk brake

AR42.10-P-0240FF

Remove brake drum

On vehicles without code (30Y) Rear axle disk brake

AR42.10-P-1010FF

Unscrew bolt (1)

 Installation: Install new self-locking bolt (1)



Pull out the left rear left rear rpm sensor (L6/3) or right rear rpm sensor (L6/4)

 Installation: Replace sealing ring on left rear rpm sensor (L6/3) or right rear rpm sensor (L6/4).

Remove bolts (2)

 Installation: Replace self-locking bolts (2).



Remove wheel hub with wheel bearing (3) and anchor plate (4)

On vehicles with code (30Y) Rear axle disk brake

 Installation: The arrow pressed onto the wheel hub with wheel bearing (3) has to point into the direction of travel.

5.2

Remove wheel hub with wheel bearing (3)

On vehicles without code (30Y) Rear axle disk brake

 Secure the anchor plate (4) to prevent it from falling, otherwise the brake line may be damaged.

 Installation: The arrow pressed onto the wheel hub with wheel bearing (3) has to point into the direction of travel.
