1st front axle interwheel differential lock indicator switch

Remove

1

Detach compressed-air line (10).

Release and disconnect electrical connection(9).

Remove 1st front axle interwheel differential lock indicator switch (S10).

Remove cover (6).

Screw a screw (7) into shift piston (3).

So that the shift piston (3) can be removed.

Remove shift piston (3) with spacer ring (2).

Remove shift cylinder (1).

Install

Replace shift cylinder (1).

Coat new shift cylinder (1) with synthetic grease.

Synthetic grease 50 g

Replace O-ring (4) on shift piston (3).

Install shift piston (3) with spacer ring (2).

Coat sealing surface of shift piston (3) with synthetic grease.

Synthetic grease 50 g

Attach cover (6) with new seal (5).

Install new seal (5) with raised bead towards the cover (6).

Bolt, cover for interwheel differential lock shift cylinder to axle drive housing

Install 1st front axle interwheel differential lock indicator switch (S10) with new sealing ring (8).

Indicator switch to interwheel differential lock shift cylinder cover

Connect and lock electrical connector (9).

Attach compressed-air line (10).
