16 | Install the lower radial sealing (11) | Rubberized part of the radial sealing must be supported on the axle tip (4). | |

18 | Install on sealing (13) the thrust washer (12) | Lubrication grooves of the guard plate must be placed to the radial sealing side. | |
19 | Install the kingpin (6) | ||
Both the kingpin and steering knuckle and needle roller bearings must completely be clean and dry without any oil substance. | |||

21 | Mount the friction plate (8) in the lower cover (9) | ||
22 | Install the lower cover (9) in the shaft end | Use a new sealing ring (7). | |
Lubrication grooves of the slip plate (8) must be placed to the kingpin side. | |||
To facilitate the mounting on shaft end, the friction plate can lightly be lubricated with lubricant grease. | |||

23 | Install a upper cover (2) | Use a new cap. | |
24 | Lubricate the shaft end bearings | Axle end bearings must be lubricated during one hour after kingpin assembly. | |
